These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Punjabi Phonics Scheme mobile application (“the App”), owned and operated by Punjabi Phonics Scheme Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17182185), with its registered office at 95 Woolwich Road, London, SE2 0DY.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. About the App

The Punjabi Phonics Scheme App provides educational content designed to support children learning Punjabi phonics, vocabulary, and early literacy skills. The App is intended for use by parents, guardians, educators, and children under appropriate supervision.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to create an account or manage a child’s profile.
• Children may use the App only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

You must not:

6. In-App Purchases & Payments

If the App offers paid features or subscriptions:

• Prices will be displayed clearly before purchase
• Payments are processed securely through the App Store or Google Play
• All purchases are subject to the store’s refund policies
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled in advance

Punjabi Phonics Scheme Ltd does not store or process payment card details.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, designs, characters, phonics stages, artwork, and digital assets are owned by Punjabi Phonics Scheme Ltd or licensed to us.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or rights to our intellectual property.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:
